At EezyStrip, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Refunds Before Shipment

• If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a full refund.

• Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order before shipment.

Returns After Delivery

• You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is in its original, unopened, and sellable condition.

• Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Please note that shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
