Refunds Before Shipment
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order before shipment.
Returns After Delivery
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is in its original, unopened, and sellable condition. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
